Welcome to "Scully's Catch" this four bedroom four bathroom home is the perfect get away for your family. Located in the west Gulf Beaches area. Scully's Catch is a new construction home that boasts all the amenities you could ever need. The exterior of this home features a private pool with a large fenced, paver covered pool area with plenty of loungers and outdoor seating. An enclosed outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, and an outdoor elevator perfect for unloading luggage. The ground floor features a triple bunk bed, large sectional, and bathroom with a walk-in shower. The first floor features the open concept living and kitchen area. The living area features comfortable seating and a TV. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless appliances, large kitchen island that double as a dining table seating 6. More seating can be found on the covered deck. Each bedroom on this floor features an en-suite bathroom, 1 king suite and 2 queen suites. Pet friendly with newly fenced-in dog run area.

AMENITIES:Multiple TVs, well equipped kitchen, exterior elevator, covered porch, private pool, ground level bedroom with a triple bunk it's own living area and a shared bathroom with the pool area, enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, gas grill and under-house concrete parking. Pet friendly with newly fenced-in dog run area.

Lovely stay

We came for a week stay with family. The home was beautifully furnished and had all amenities we needed. The ground level bunkbed room is perfect for older teens whereas it has a separate entrance.
