To best take in the ocean views the kitchen is set back in the living space, separated by a fresh white breakfast bar which doubles as a preparation space for cooking if you need it. There is also a natural wooden dining table, seating up to six, atop a traditional rug in the centre of the room. Surrounding another gorgeous rug is a cosy seating area, the perfect place to relax with friends or snuggle up to enjoy a film. Tucked away in the rear of the single-level apartment are three large bedrooms, each with large comfy beds and plenty of natural light.
An untouched paradise, Narrabeen boasts unbroken, uncrowded sand from North Narrabeen to Collaroy, and some of the best surf in Sydney. On the other side, there is the peaceful Narrabeen Lagoon, with gorgeous waterside parks and barbeque areas overlooking the natural beauty. Within a short walk from the property, youre perfectly situated to make the most of the peace and beauty that your surroundings provide.
As well as the pull of the beach, youll find plenty of reasons to stick around and explore. Fill your time off with leisurely market strolls, and support the small independent town offering boutique florists, luxe homewares and much more. Narrabeen also boasts a huge array of fabulous cafes and delicious restaurants, including some more-than-outstanding seafood. For breakfast, stop into the loose leaf, and after a long day on the beach finish with a short stroll to Limani Seafood Restaurant.

The Neighbourhood
Narrabeen beach is a must. Patrolled by Narrabeen Surf Life Saving Club, a day catching waves has a worldwide reputation for a good reason!
If youre not addicted to sand and sun, Narrabeen is close to some great golf courses, like Pittwater Golf Centre and Long Reef.
A local restaurant star is The Zest Thai Cuisine, full of dishes with fresh, outstanding flavour.
Spend a day at Narrabeen Lagoon, the perfect spot for watersports, bushwalking and fishing, with a fantastic nine-kilometre boardwalk for jogging and cycling.
Getting around
There are great public transport links around this property such as the B1 Bus line, which takes you directly into the CBD or hop off for a bite for lunch at The Collaroy, a Northern- Beaches gem.
Home Truths
No pets are allowed on this property.
Lots of all day free street parking around, strangely enough, Narrabeen doesn’t get anywhere near as busy as the other beaches during summer. There is always street parking on Ocean Street (our street) and the side streets adjacent, especially on Albert Street which is only meters from our block.

Maintenance & Booking Policy Note:
We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services. However, please be aware that we can only attend to maintenance issues during regular work hours. Callouts cannot be confirmed on weekends (Fridays 4 pm - Monday 10 am) and public holidays, as well as outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am, Monday-Friday). We understand the importance of prompt repairs and will respond to all requests within 24 hours, arranging tradespeople during work hours.
Our deposit policy requires a 50% payment at the time of booking, and credit card transactions will have a non-refundable fee of 3.5%.
The security bond will only be held through pre-authorization 1-2 days before arrival. Depending on the property's size, this pre-authorization hold will range from $500 to $2,000 and is required 1 day prior to arrival. Selected properties may request guests' IDs for verification.
To avoid credit card fees, guests can opt for bank transfers for payment. Please inform the host in advance if you will use this payment method.
