This lovely four-bedroom, two-bathroom home in South Lakes at Goolwa will be a favoured destination for many. Backing on to the Golf Course you can enjoy hours of relaxation watching the activities right on your door step.

Upstairs
There is a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area with bar stools at the kitchen island bench or dine at the dining suite for eight people whilst enjoying the views of the golf course. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge and microwave.

The living area is comfortably fitted out with large lounges, wall mounted TV and gas heater. Split system air conditioning as well as a ceiling fan in this area and access to the expansive balcony with bbq and outdoor furniture overlooking the golf course.

Bedroom one has a queen bed, walk in robe and a lovely private balcony.
Bedroom two is a small children’s room with a single bunk bed.

Bathroom with a separate shower, separate bath and double vanities.
Separate toilet.

In the rear yard sit under the pine trees and take in the beautiful surroundings of the shrubs and green golf course.

Totally disappointed

Property was very dirty and grubby no care was given to the cleanliness of the property ,fittings or furniture. We had to leave while the property could be cleaned so we could continue our stay. Very frustrated and pictures on the internet were misleading . Never stay there again
