This open concept modern home in Langley is fully equipped to ensure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Relax and unwind in the hot tub as you stargaze and sip your favorite drink! If you need to get some work done, there is a dedicated office space upstairs with high speed Wi-Fi to make an ideal remote work experience. This house is great for families looking for a place to stay. If needed, we'll provide some baby basics (high chair, crib, toys, baby gates etc) to help you feel right at home!

The space

Whether you are enjoying a hard earned vacation with your loved ones, or are here for a work trip, you will love this place! You will have access to the 1st and 2nd floor (about 2,400 square feet) of our single family detached home in the heart of Willoughby, Langley BC!

There is something for everyone in the neighborhood, or a short drive away! Langley is centrally located just 30 minutes (pending traffic) to Vancouver, Abbotsford, Tri Cities, White Rock or the USA border. It's a coinvent location to get to YVR airport, ferry terminals, or popular activities such as Stanley Park, Rogers Arena, Canada Place, Harrison Hot Springs or Cultus Lake Waterpark.

The main floor is all open concept with the kitchen, dining room, living room, and multipurpose room all connected. Enjoy the vaulted ceilings and big windows which will brighten the whole house up and make it feel very spacious.

- There are several grocery stores are within walking distance, or a short drive (Costco, Super Store, Save On, Safeway, Walmart etc).

- Walking trails, local parks, sport fields and sports courts (Routley Park, Willowbrook park, Hartnell park, Langley Meadows, Meadows Edge Park etc).

- Enjoy the restaurants in the area, there's so many to choose from, good luck deciding! Some of my favorites include Haven Kitchen, Hugo's Mexican Kitchen, an Indian Affair, Ban Chok Dee Thai Cuisine, Umami Sushi etc).

- Check out the local wineries and breweries in Langley (Camp Beer, Dead Frog, Trading Post, Five Roads Brewing, Backyard Vineyards, Township 7, Chaberton Estate Winery etc).

-Golf courses ( Newlands, Redwoods, Fort Langley Golf Course, Langley Golf & Banquet Center, Clayton Hills golf course etc).

-The infamous Fort Langley is just a 15 minute drive away! Enjoy walking along Fraser river after picking up a hot drink at one of the many local cafes, unique shops, and bistros. This is a must do activity if you have never been !

-Visit the local mountains on the North shore (Mt Seymour, Mt Cypress, Grouse Mountain) or heading East (Sasquatch Mountain and Manning park) for great hiking or mountain biking trails in the summer, or snowshoeing, skiing or snowboarding in the winter!

- Whistler is a 2.5 hour drive away and definitely worth the visit if you've never been. It is regularly rated as one of the top 3 best ski resorts in the world. It also offers beautiful lakes, trails ( check out train wreck trail), mountain biking and an assortment of activities for all!

- Visit White Rock and enjoy a romantic walk along Canada's longest pier! Pick up some fresh gelato, enjoy watching the sunset or swimming in the beach! (30 minute drive)

- Golden Ears provincial park for hiking, picnics, or swimming at alouette lake (30 minute drive)

- Several family friendly entertainment options such as the Vancouver Zoo (20 minute drive), Kayaking or swimming in the Fraser river, Walking the Fort-to- Fort trail, Go- Kart racing, trampoline parks, escape rooms, bowling and so much more!

You will have exclusive access to the 1st and 2nd story of the house.

Other things to note

Please note that the rental does not include access to the basement or the garage. There is an occupied basement suite (fully separate unit).

To reach the front door of this house, you must walk up 4 stairs which may not be accessible for everyone.The bedrooms also are up a flight of stairs.

We ask that anyone who books this house treats it with respect and is careful to avoid any damage. My family and I usually live here and you likely will find some common household items in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Quiet hours between 10PM - 8 AM
