Can't say enough great things about this house! The management company was extremely responsive with any questions I had. The house itself was pristine. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space for our group. The large patio table was perfect for a large group. The neighborhood was quiet. I would highly recommend this house!

Great Stay!

We stayed at this home while attending a wedding on Cape Cod. This home is located in a very quiet and private neighborhood. The home was perfectly clean, well appointed and the beds were lovely. Great kitchen, great yard for our dog and a wonderful deck in the back yard. We would highly recommend this VRBO.

Great layout, poor cleaning

The house worked great for our needs. We were disappointed on check in about the cleanliness of the property. The sheets were dirty, which the cleaning company came to resolve quickly, but there was also old food, dust, and dirt on the floor. For the cost of the house, we expected more. The house is also lacking some basic kitchen items - most importantly, grilling tools.

Lovely Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely little home in Harwich. We’ve been coming to The Cape for 30 years, and this ranks in the top five of our stays. One misleading item in the listing says there’s a gym and fitness equipment on the premises — there is not. I brought my workout clothes and couldn’t find anything! There’s plenty of room in the basement or garage — perhaps you should add a peloton or equivalent (or remove the mention of gym from the listing). Also, the kitchen flatware had very large spoons and very tiny spoons — maybe get some average sized spoons as well. 😊 Overall, the house was very clean, though there were some stains on the couch and the dining room chairs. But the house is beautifully appointed with charming Cape touches. All of the furniture is extremely comfortable and pleasing to the eye. One more suggestion: hang mirrors in the bedrooms! We ladies like to see how our outfits look before we head out the door! 😊 Thank you for a lovely stay on Cape Cod. ♥️
