Important Information

Self Check-In
You will receive a personalized door code 72 hours prior to arrival. There is no lobby or front desk.

Gate Access
Champions Gate is a gated community.
• Each driver must present a valid ID at the gate.
• Up to 3 vehicles/names may be added per reservation.
• Please provide full names at least 24 hours before arrival to ensure smooth entry.

Starter Supplies

As a self-catering home, we provide a starter kit only:
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 travel-size shampoo and hand soap per bathroom
• 1 paper towel roll
• 2 dishwasher pods
• 1 dish soap and sponge
• 2 garbage bags per bin

Basic cookware, dishes, and utensils are provided.
Seasonings, condiments, coffee, and tea are not provided.

Pool & Spa Heating (Optional)
• Available October–March for $45 per day (must be added for the entire stay)
• Requires at least 72-hour advance notice
• Heating takes 24–48 hours
• Not available April–September
• Water temperature may vary when outdoor temperatures fall below 60°F

Pool Service
• Pools are serviced every Thursday and may be unavailable for up to 3 hours
• Pool heating does not reach hot tub temperatures

Grill
• No grill onsite; rentals available locally
• Grilling must be done on the grass, not the patio
• Additional cleaning fees may apply for damage or excessive mess
