This recently renovated 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom farmhouse sits among a 10 acre working vineyard. The farmhouse is fully air conditioned and features a fabulous billiard room with bar and combustion fireplace. The outdoor entertaining space is perfect for a summertime BBQ overlooking the vines and out to the mountain range beyond.

Being on a working vineyard, at times you may be able to see pruning, harvest or a variety of other vineyard activities. Broke is considered the quieter side of the Hunter Valley, yet it offers wonderful boutique vineyards that are just a quick drive from your accommodation. Margan Restaurant is close by and a lovely choice for a special meal during your stay. Broke in the Vines is also perfect for family or groups of friends attending a wedding, as some of the Hunter's popular wedding venues are just a few minutes away. A great Hunter Valley stay in Broke

Beautiful location on a small vineyard just up the road from Margan in Broke. Plenty of space, bathrooms and bedrooms for a large group of friends. Very hospitable owner who fixed our boots

Broke in the Vines a spacious retreat

Plenty of space, good air conditioning, pleasant views, excellent kitchen facilities and amenities and a friendly host. Very happy.

Brilliantly appointed lovely house.

This house was perfect for me and a group of friends to enjoy while having a weekend in the Hunter. With 6 bedrooms it meant everyone had their own bed. Brilliant space inside and out to chill. We all relaxed and enjoyed. Thank you.

Broke in the Vines - hidden jem

We had a very comfortable stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the fire and pool table was put to good use. Room down the back on the left was very comfortable and the property was clean. We did have an issue with the WIFI internet but used our data, I think it would be a quick fix for them. The main shared bathroom had an issue with the toilet so I'm sure they'll fix it now they know about it. I would definitely recommend the stay, just so relaxing! Would return in the future

Thank you for bringing the toilet leak to our attention, this has now been fixed. We were not aware of any wifi issues, but a check has confirmed it is all in working order.
