Clean and spacious

Plenty of room for any group. Fun third floor for entertaining and/or relaxing. Very clean. Comfortable beds.

Beautiful house, communication was horrible

Good morning, A couple things were broken or need to be addressed 1. Hot tub instructions , we figured it out ourseleves due to grand welcome never getting back to us. 2. Knob on oven is broken, and others loose. Photo and video if needed. 3. No where to fish! We were told there was a fishing area, but after walking .5, nothing.. really upset about that. 4. Most remotes did not work. We had download an app for them to work. 5. Loveseat on the right side did not recline. Plugged in and all. 6. We barely used 3rd floor sink. It does not drain well. 7. No tips on pull sticksn l, no paper towels, no instructions on fire grill 8. Push down for bath tubes did not work on 2nd floor ( very hard to give baths to 3 babies) 9. Stains on couches, not a problem just making sure its addressed 10. 3rd party * Grand Welcome* need to be more pleasant. Very rude and never respond. Never Other than that, the house is beautiful and very spacious. I would like someone to call me back regarding my concerns.

Great Spot for Family Get together

The house was absolutely perfect. We had enough room at the table for the entire group. We loved the house, pool table, the roof top patio and all the cozy porches. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful weekend getaway home

This property had every amenity you could hope for and a few you didn’t think you’d need, but did! We were comfortable and there was ample room for different groups of people to do what they wanted. The communication with the property owners was quick and convenient. The only downside was the mater bedroom had an issue with some sort of pest as those members of our party were covered in bites each morning from the bed. Property owners will be taking care of it asap though, and we would feel comfortable renting again.

Great Spot!

Great spot! The owner did an excellent job with the property. Perfect for a large group, well-kept and well designed. Easy access to Nashville proper and the lake, would definitely stay again.
