Centrally located in the DTC area, this cozy condo will meet your every accommodation need during your stay in the Mile High City. Located only 25 minutes away from Denver International Airport and 15 minutes from Down Town. Very easy access to highways and transit. Many amenities within walking distance: beauty salon, barber shop, restaurants offering Mexican, Chinese, Mediterranean cousins, as well as a Subway, Sonic and a Pizza Cafe. World renown ski resorts are within 1 - 2.5 hours drive.
The space
The living rooms has a wood burning fireplace, a couch, which can be transformed into a full size bed, two chairs, and a smart Samsung TV.

Dining area has a large table with 4 chairs. More chairs can be made available.

Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, cooktop and conventional oven, dishwasher, garburator, coffee machine and tea kettle, as well as all necessary cookware, cutlery and dishes.

Washer, drier and all necessary laundry supplies.

Bedroom has bunk bed with full size foam mattresses at the top and at the bottom. Third bed with a twin mattress can be rolled out from underneath the bunk bed. Additional sheets and comforters are available.

Bathroom has a standard size bathtub with a the 3 in 1 shower system. Hygiene supplies, soap, shampoo, conditioner as well as towels and bathrobes are provided.
Guest access
The storage room in the bedroom with additional furniture, cleaning supplies and equipment is off limits to guests. Other than that, all space is available for use.
