Stunning ocean views from 2nd row in this Luxurious Las Conchas Beach Home. Beach access across the street! Immaculate, well maintained large, TWO FAMILY ROOM home. The home is designed with traditional Mexican architecture, featuring a beautiful boveda ceiling. All 5 bedrooms have private bath. 2 garage spaces and ample off street parking. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, outdoor BBQ. Quality linens provided. 2nd family room is a great game room for DVD players . Wireless internet & laundry room also available. Maximum number of guests is 12. Access the beach across the street from the house. Home is over 3500 square feet, including two family rooms. Kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with all cooking supplies and utensils needed. Internet is available. 2 nights minimum. (Specific Holidays we request 4 minimum nights stay)
For 7 nights the owner requests, if it is a weekend, check in must be on Friday or Sunday not Saturday. Sleeping Space for 12.

Just what we needed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was everything we needed! Perfect location, beautiful views, beautiful clean house, spacious and steps away from the beach. Plenty of room for a large family to eat together and kitchen had all we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to renting it again in the future. Oceano rentals provided excellent customer service & made renting & getting keys easy.
