The Lake is peaceful and beautiful, this is our 4th time staying here. Its always clean and owner provides thoughtful extras like chocolate, snacks and wine. The kitchen is easy to work in and very clean. its on a private road and different birds on the lake are really fun to watch.

This was a wonderful place for a visit with grandchildren. Heron House was very clean, comfortable and well equipped, as well as a perfect lakefront location! I will definitely plan to stay at Heron House again for my annual “Camp Grandma” visits.

Great lakeside location with plenty of room inside and outside. We used the paddle board and canoe on the lake and twice saw a bald eagle flying overhead. The back deck has a nice table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. The dining room also has plenty of room indoors for meals around the large round table. The kitchen itself is on the small side, but workable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and felt the property had everything we were looking for.
