Hi Ryan, we want our guests to feel completely comfortable during their stay, and we're sorry to hear that you felt otherwise. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
-We've been hosting guests at this home for over 3 years without any safety issues.
-The West End neighborhood is undergoing extensive revitalization, and while it offers city living, we do not compromise on safety.
-Our immediate neighbors have been here for over 30 years and are known for being friendly and welcoming.
-As with any city living, we recommend standard precautions like not leaving valuables in your car and locking the doors.
-We wish we would have heard from you during your stay so we could have addressed your concerns.
