The floor of second floor was planks no subfloor/insolation so could hear things above or below very well and floors creaked on the second level.Dog Fee for one dog seemed a bit steep at 136.00.The description of rental did not inform you that the maintenance guy lives in the other end of the house. He wasn’t a problem, but I prefer private stays and at least include in your rental property info, so people are aware. We were there to white water raft so it was fine for 2 nights.

We’re glad the cabin met your needs for your visit and that the on-site property manager was not disruptive. We’d like to clarify for future guests that our listing does disclose that the owner/property manager resides in a separate, private, locked living area with no access to the guest portion of the home, allowing guests to enjoy the cabin independently while having assistance nearby if ever needed. As for the home itself, it is a mountain cabin with beautiful natural wood flooring throughout, which can occasionally produce the creaks and sounds that are common in this style of home. We also strive to be transparent about all applicable fees, including our pet fee, which helps cover the additional cleaning required after pets. We appreciate your feedback and will continue looking for ways to improve our guests’ experience.

Such a beautiful, peaceful place—so relaxing. Our women attended the Pursuit 2025 Conference in Cleveland, Tennessee, and it was amazing! Even better, it was only 20 minutes from the house. We had such a great time!

Fall getaway

We chose this property because of the proximity to the Hiawassee River Railroad. There was plenty of room in the house for the 5 of us. Lots of outdoor activities around to keep you busy!

Quiet Cabin

The cabin was nice and clean. It was in a nice location for outdoor activities. It had a nice play area with games for kids. We didn't need it, but it had a lot of items for people with babies.

Great space, great fun!

Enjoyed the property. So clean! Nice variety of gathering spaces—screened porch, outdoor fire pit, kitchen, upstairs area. We had four teens and four adults. Kids loved the upstairs gym area. We didn’t have a pet with us but the pet amenities were very nice.

Nice house near the Ocoee

The house was very nice and was clean. Host was easy to get ahold of and did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable. House has very large workout area and a really nice pool table. House is close to all the Ocoee river fun. We had a great time and will be back. Thanks
