Horrible property. We rented and paid for 14 days, but only stayed in it 9 nights and checked out 3 days early. We do not recommend this property.

Ms. Edna was a fantastic and extremely responsive host. The location was perfect for us, never heard noise from the highway over the air conditioning. The stairs to the upper level were a little scary and made it difficult to get our hide suitcase upstairs.

Awesome location

Very quaint older home. We had several errands and family gatherings in different cities. Wayzata, Hopkins, Minnetonka and Minneapolis. The location was perfect. Easy on and easy off 169 with other quick options during rush hour.

Enjoyed the home. The only issue was the stairs are very steep and my mother 88 couldn’t get up or down and stayed on the couch. Other than that is was really nice and comfortable.

Nice visit.

My mom and I were in Minneapolis to visit family and we chose this listing for its proximity to them. Ms. Edna, the owner, was there to introduce us to the place and how everything works. She was available by text for any issue. Overall a comfortable and convenient place with an involved owner!

Awesome Location

What I appreciated the most was its location. Right off of 169 and so easy to get on and off. It was easy to get to Minneapolis, Wayzata and Hopkins; places we needed to go to. If rush hour is bad, there are easy alternate routes. Highway noise was not an issue. The house is an older home that has a lot of character! Mattresses are comfortable, a lovely full kitchen. We met the property owner and three neighbors. All nice folks! We didn’t have any issues. If any issues were to come up, the owner was available to answer or fix.

We had a last-minute cancellation at another booking and our reservation was accepted here on the same day we needed to stay which we really appreciated. They worked to get it cleaned with short turn around which we appreciated. This was a great location for us...easy to access the highway and get to the places we wanted to visit. The fridge had an ice cube maker/water dispenser which was great! Lovely deck to enjoy the morning sunshine and great exterior lighting for when we get back in the evening.
