Complete scam
I am genuinely angry about paying the amount of money we paid for this scam. We had to contact the guest contact twice just to get her to send the code to get in. When we got there, the extremely steep driveway was coated in a layer of slush and ice. We walked up and looked for snow salt and there was none. Eventually after having to carry all of our bags up and carrying our children up we get in and it looks fine upon a glance but after actually looking around, we realize they literally didnt clean before we got there. There was a dirty sock on the floor that was not ours. There was 2 trash cans and a trash bag full in the garage. The master bathroom shower was clogged and smelled like rotting fish. None of the snow was shoveled off so we spent over 2 hours trying to deal with it ourselves. Toilet seats are off to the side, tables wobble, not one bit of furniture matches another piece, one toilet has the bottons on the top and there is a shelf so close to the toilet that we could barely get our fingers in there to flush it. We found a pan with what looked like beans on it in the clean dishes. When we went to clean that pan to use it, we found "dish soap" that was 1 part soap, 9 parts water because the owners were too cheap to get soap. The dishwasher pods had been expired since 2021. I'm pretty confident the pillows were found in a dumpster behind a motel 6. I have never in my life woken up with a headache from a lumpy pillow until now. Half of us used decorative pillows.
