Ground level entry is into an open plan living space, with kitchen, dining and living in the foreground, and bathroom and laundry at the rear.
Upstairs, is a spacious mezzanine bedroom with comfy Queen bed.

The apartment is generously proportioned, airconditioned and has a sofa bed downstairs for additional guests.

The Albany Entertainment Centre, Anzac Peace Park, various marina and Princess Royal Harbour foreshore facilities are less than a 2min walk away. So too is historic Stirling Terrace, with beautiful old heritage buildings housing modern day cafés, restaurants, bars, shops and the UWA Centre.

Central and beautiful

So central, decore very tasteful and whole space very clean. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed. Lounge and seating really comfortable. Loved being able to walk to amazing food options, markets, main shopping strip and awesome IGA and coffee shops. We will be back!

Very welcoming and homely. The arrival instructions were very clear and the information left about the property was also very clear. Location was great for both walking around the city centre and for accessing attractions further afield. Highly recommend.

Perfect style

The property is very well decorated and with essential items. We loved the locality with everything in walking distance. For food we loved the local gems such as Liberte, Gourmandise & Co, Kate's Place, Chanya Thai, Albany Indian Room all within walking distance and varied cuisine. I also used the hairdresser across the carpark and went to yoga in the studio behind the apartment. I will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The pictures do not do justice to Annies Place, It is spacious and cozy at the same time. Set one street from the Entertainment Centre / Harbour as well as York St (Main Street) There is so much to do and see with in an easy walk. Annie is an amazing Host, conscientious who communicates extremely well. Our stay was a surprise for my wife who was delighted with Albany and Annies Place in particularly so much so that we will are planning a return vist.

Excellent place. Great location

We loved Annie’s Place. Very comfy and very well decked out with everything you need for a self-catering stay plus lovely decor. We didn’t self cater, we ate out at the nearby restaurants which were very good. We really liked the location - walking distance to town, restaurants and the entertainment centre etc. The IGA is close by and very handy. Communication was excellent. We even received recommendations for where to eat on a Monday, when it seems a lot of places in Albany are closed.
