Nestled gracefully on the tranquil North Sound, Mahogany Villa #2-A boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the North Sound and surrounding waterways. You'll find our villa and new development in a quiet peaceful, family-friendly residential neighborhood, tucked away in a serene dead-end enclave. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Accommodations:

The villa is a spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom retreat that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Here's a breakdown of the bedroom configurations:

1st-floor bedroom #1: Queen-size bed, TV, Sonos sounder, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
1st-floor half bath (powder room).
2nd-floor owner's suite: King-size bed, TV, Sonos portable speaker, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
2nd-floor bedroom #3: Queen-size bed, TV, Sonos sounder, Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo (shared with bedroom #4).

30 ft. Boat Dock: The villa includes a private 30 ft. boat dock, allowing boaters to explore the North Sound, Stingray City, and the Caribbean Sea. Seasoned boaters can rent a 21 to 24-foot private boat or jet skis for the day, partial week, or full week.

The highlight of the villa is the spectacular 3rd-floor rooftop terrace, offering panoramic views of the North Sound and waterways. The terrace is shared with the neighboring villa (not a rental unit) and is used sparingly by the owners during the year.
