Thank you for your interest in our home. You will love our space and pond. Perfect for out of town wedding guests. Enjoy all that Charlotte and the surrounding area has to offer. You will be minutes away from Waverly and 485. Come back to a home that has space to spread out. Enjoy your family in the quiet, 1+ acre lot or in the well appointed, spacious kitchen. There is plenty of room to relax with board games & books in the rec room.The house is great for wedding guests and comes complete with charging stations in every bedroom and a steamer for wedding day clothes.

As a vacation destination, Charlotte and the surrounding area offer many things to do for your guests and family to stay entertained. A few of those things are highlighted in the listing.

Guest access

Guests will have full access to our home with the exception of the office area and master closet. Those areas are owner's closets. Guests in the master bedroom will be able to hang clothing and make full use of the dressers and cabinets.

Your comfort is our priority! We will meet you upon any questions you may sure you are able to operate the get out of your hair. Should you have any questions or need help arranging events - we are a text away.

The neighborhood

The neighborhood is small with only 15 homes. Yet you are a mere 4 minutes away from shopping, grocery stores and food. All of the lots in the neighborhood are wooded and private.

Getting around

You will have plenty of parking with the driveway and access area behind the house and fence. Target, Hickory Tavern, Harris Teeter to name a few are just a couple of miles away in Wesley Chapel. You will need to have a vehicle to get around in Charlotte, Matthews and Weddington.

This is our home! We have made every effort to make our home feel cozy and comfortable while giving you the space you require to spread out.

Why they chose this property

This is a home. Guests will feel comfortable and have comforts from home. The kitchen is huge for gatherings and is well appointed, including an Instant Pot, Vitamix and hotel style waffle maker.
We will also make sure you feel welcome with our welcome basket. We know how it feels to travel! If you book our home, we provide light snacks upon arrival so you don't to run to the grocery store right away to stock up. We also happily provide eggs for breakfast and a welcome bottle of wine.
