The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- When you are ready to leave, please turn off the lights and lock the door. - Check under the bed and the closet for any belongings you might have left behind
- Please ensure all the dishes and utensils are washed - Used Towels can be placed in shower
- Please take out your trash and food waste in the green pail underneath the sink upon departure. The trash goes into the black bin and the food waste goes into the green bin on the driveway
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Parties allowed - $200 Fine No pets. $250 Fine No smoking in the house. $500 Fine Do not wear shoes in the house.
If guests are leaving when it is dark outside, we ask them to turn on the outside light Late Check out: $50/hr after 11:00am on check out day
Biohazard Cleanup fee: $250 (Biohazards are bodily fluids, and potentially pathogenic substances - Chemical Spills, Blood Cleanup and Illegal Drugs

We stayed for a week while attending the Masters Tournament at Spruce Meadows. The location was perfect. The suite was lovely - we were able to set up a little home away from home. Very comfortable beds! Elijah was the perfect host - very responsive to a couple of small queries and very friendly. The suite was clean and well maintained- we would definitely stay here again.
