Very nice balcony and lounge area. Unfortunately the tv in the bedroom did not work, we weren’t provided with any toilet paper or soap which was disappointing. The Bedroom was lovely and it was a great location!

Clothes dryer built permanently behind a wall so you can’t even open the door. Clothes dryer does not turn on - broken.Dishwasher broken - no plumbing even connected and previous guests left dirty dishes.

The dryer should be fully accessible and operational, and the dishwasher should be properly connected and ready for use prior to arrival. We are investigating this with our maintenance and housekeeping teams as a priority to ensure these matters are addressed immediately. We also sincerely apologise that dirty dishes were left behind — this is not acceptable and does not reflect our usual presentation standards. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are taking steps to ensure this does not happen again.
