Host had great communication and the house was perfect for our family. Fantastic location within walking distance of good restaurants and easy ski lift access with the shuttle service.
Great location in Breckenridge! We walked to the grocery store, restaurants and even the slopes. Loved that there were some toys to keep my one-year old occupied. Also appreciated that the property management team was able to meet with the person delivering my kid’s crib before arrival.
We had a wonderful stay. The house is very clean and comfortable. Lots of room and bathrooms.

Nicest rental home we have ever stayed in. Great location and had the best amenities. The owners have thought of everything to have on hand to make it feel like a curated, luxe experience. Great proximity to the main downtown area and all of the restaurants and shops. We would love to stay there again if we come back in the winter season!
I recently stayed here for my bachelorette party and had an amazing time! The house was the perfect location for us to walk to restaurants and bars. The house itself was beautiful and fit all of us comfortably. We had a few minor issues with a sink and toilet that the property manager promptly responded to. Overall, we loved the house and plan to come back for a couple trip!

Great Rental Property in Breck
Very spacious rental in Breckenridge. Only a few short blocks from downtown, it was the perfect walkable location. Easy public transportation to the ski mountain. Hot tub is a plus.
Each year our family of 7, one daughter in law, and one or two friends travel to ski, shop, and dine in beautiful Breckenridge. This was our 11th year, but this was our first time staying so close to downtown. We loved the updated, industrial vibe, comfortable home and especially the 2-3 block quick walk to the downtown shops and restaurants. Perfect spot to be close to the slopes and all activities. House was super clean, slept 10 adults easily, and made for a great family time away. We will gladly rent the Whistle Pig home again!
This property was better than we could have imagined. We had a group of girls there for a long weekend and it was the perfect location for shopping on main, a 2 minute walk to ski lifts and everything Breckenridge has to offer. The property management was so attentive and responsive to early check ins and I could not recommend this place enough. We utilized the hot tub and doors pit every night, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook. We were so impressed with this Place, if you’re on the fence, book it!
We had a wonderful stay at the Whistle Pig. In addition to the high quality furnishings, we appreciated the thoughtful extras such as the hot tub slippers & towels and heated floors. The kitchen is outfitted better than any other rental we have stayed anywhere (crockpot!) :) The location allows you to easily walk to happy hour and dinner, but you might want to just stay in. Thank you!
The house was perfect for our group! 2 master suites, bunk room, separate game room with large living/ dining space plus heated back porch/ sunroom for all our ski gear. Location is an Easy Walk to town for all that Breck has to offer. Free bus to the ski lifts every 1/2 hour right across the street, but also walkable. At the end of day, the 4:00 ski run to town lands you just a few blocks from this house! Can’t wait to come back!

Good Choice
Obviously in the heart of downtown Breck (easy for 4 and 5 year old to walk to lifts restaurants and shops) this house is exactly as pictured and stated in the description. Everything spotless and well cared for. Team at evolve made sure house was stocked with bathroom and kitchen essentials with some additional nice touches (slippers for hot tub, box of pasta for the first night, coffee, etc). Very strong communication via text and phone. Easily 5 stars.

House was great and has plenty of space for the family of 7. Having the hot tub was great after a day of being on the mountain.The house location is great as well. Major issue was the leak that happened which had water coming through the ceiling and into the dining room where my family was hanging out. The PMI company that the property partners with told me to ignore it and just keep using the shower. Absolutely not. It’s leaking water, that could be dangerous. This made the shower unusable. The property was nice but clearly had some issues that weren’t being managed. The resolution was not good as I’m still not in contact with anyone from the ‘evolve’ property management company. Several different reps all saying ‘we’re working on it and be in touch’ nothing over 48 hours later. Just automated text about checkout.
