Beautiful Property, But the Home Needs Better Maintenance

I don’t often leave reviews, but since this property only had one, I wanted to share our experience to help future guests.The property and surrounding landscape are absolutely stunning — the views are truly the highlight of this rental. However, the home itself could use significant maintenance. The pool had issues starting on day one, and the pool service company was at the house daily during our entire stay, which unfortunately disrupted our vacation.Inside, the home could benefit from some basic but important upkeep. The couch was extremely worn and stained, making it uncomfortable to sit on. The quilts and shams on the beds were visibly dirty, which made us grateful we brought our own bedding The kitchen lacked sufficient storage for groceries, which made meal prep and organization inconvenient. The exterior of the home also showed clear signs of neglect and would benefit from routine maintenance.That said, the property management team was very responsive and professional, which we appreciated throughout the stay.With better upkeep, this property could truly be a gem.
