From May 1st to September 30th, we require a 6-night stay when booking more than 3 months out. 3-night minimum stay if booked less than 3 months away from the dates you want to book.
Lakefront 4 story 9 bedroom and next-door Cottage, with Hot pool spa, and hot tub, tiki bar(s) game room with mirror ball light show.
The (4 story 9-bedroom sleeps 30 singles, that's 26 full, 2 twins and 2 king bed 58 total) includes the rental next door 2 full and 2 futons sleeps 8 also. Small or large groups enjoy on the water, close to airport, we have transportation service DADDS Magic Bus and limo, with concierge service and 4rentus offers family reunions, business and wedding lodging.

You may access all parts of this house except the garage, pantry and owner closet for master bedroom. This includes private pool spa use with 2 houses.
Plenty of parking in our lot across the street or driveway not on street please and non-shared with both places rented.

We will have a check in/out person that will meet you at the property and you will text 1 hour prior and call them prior to arrival.
Notice cleaning is only listed at a minimum to remind you it's not included as this is a private service you pay directly.
We will send you a group text with check in person, repair person and manager/ owner which be on alert if you have any concerns just text in your questions, concerns or immediate needs in which we can dispatch a person to take care of your requests asap.
There are cameras on the driveway.

We are on a cul-de-sac with no neighbors across the street from us and have maintenance persons and cleaners nearby with a school on the corner to our road. The school has a great playground and basketball area and some other swings and stuff for kids.

We have transportation services DADDS MAGIC BUS AND LIMOUSINE with great experience packages, for all ages, bounce for the kids or casino and brewery scavenger hunts for the big kids.
Turn in up to 10% of your rental receipts or one nights round trip transfer receipt for transportation for refund on your rental, or upgrade to our limo service $12.50 per person each way or approx. $30 per person for 4 -5-hour local rental min # paid seats required.

We want to remind you to leave the property like it was when you arrived other than linens leave at the foot of each bed. Trash to be taken to the dumpster and dishes to be put away. Keep from bringing sand into the hot tub to avoid additional cleaning fees charged after your stay, no fireworks no smoking on decks or in the house, do not pitch buts off the decks into the grass please. We have free firewood across the street for your use be careful with fires and keep small children attended by the water at all times. Have a great time. Thanks for your understanding.

The heated swim pool spa is requested by text for use or scheduled NOT Shared and can be free with VIP status request which is free. The indoor pool is not onsite and is a add on with fee like our limo and bus and uber lyft options.
We prefer a 4 night if including weekends in peak season (memorial day to labor day). Please start with a Sunday for 3 night stays in peak season.
Parties and events will require damage deposits $500 please send that prior to arrival.
Note house rules stating the extra guest rate $25 per person per night w prep and cleaning $20 per person a 1 time fee and deduct what is already billed to get accurate rate once your final number of guest staying and guests visiting past 9pm are considered overnight guests is available for change (our open door policy) this is simply to have the most accurate numbers possible. The platform site does not share these figures with us:) We typically add $20 per person or an amount upfront to get a base prep fee but don't know your final count yet, upon arrival or just prior we can finalize your number of guests. Damage deposit is required for all properties before arrival unless waived by the owner. You will not gain access to the property until damage deposit or any unpaid balances are received. The damage deposit varies depending on what property and group size(on average $20-$25 per person) Minimum of $100 to $2500. It can be paid through the following options cash app or on this platform. It will be refunded 14 to 21 days after your check out depending on receiving your review.
After arriving to the property, we require to fill out our arrival review sheet, there is a link in our group check in text or there will be a hard copy at the location to fill out. If this isn't filled out by 2 hours after arriving, any waived fees will be reapplied to your bill or a minimum fee of $100 will be added to your bill.
-Parking for all 4 levels and 3 levels parking in driveway and across from the house parking for lower level across street by dumpster, cottage parking in driveway and not in streets.
Outside umbrellas must be closed up when not in use, if they get damaged there will be a $50 fine.
No fireworks allowed. There are no exceptions to this. Neighbors on the lake will call the cops and you will be asked to leave with no refund.
Propane tanks are $30.00 each with a $40.00 deposit.
