Peaceful Waters is a fully renovated handicap accessible home, thoughtfully designed with families in mind. The spacious, fully fenced yard is a safe haven for the little ones and includes a fenced-in heated pool, a 7-seater hot tub, and a kid's play area. Gather around the fire pit for S’mores, or enjoy outdoor cooked meals on the large deck complete with ample seating and BBQ grills. There is also a sand volleyball court and basketball court for the sports lovers!

The home is fully stocked with cozy beds, soft linens, and premium pillows to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare family meals, from pots and pans to appliances and utensils, plus a coffee bar for coffee lovers! Featuring a 55" UHD TV on both levels, a Nintendo Wii, board games, poker supplies, and all the extras you will need for a great stay. We provide Pack-N-Plays and indoor and outdoor toys for families with little ones, and we welcome certain pets to join in the fun.

Peaceful Waters is not decorated or stocked like your typical vacation rental but is prepped as if you are staying at a friend's house. Your home away from home ~

Family Memories

We had our family of 15 between 5 and 65 and loved it. We never felt crowded and had room to come together. Playing cards and eating meals, swimming in the pool or gathering on the deck while grilling. We had volley ball games and the kids loved the swings, sand box and we used all the rafts and toys available.

Was here for a great weekend with great people. Despite the pool being closed for the fall and winter the hot tub and deck were great. Highly recommend for large groups.

Great family get away

Property had something for every age group from small children to adults. Close to Grand Rapids where we visited both the Grand Rapids Public Museum and the Frederick Meijer Gardens. Fawna, the property manager was very responsive to our questions.

Great family vacation home!

We thoroughly enjoyed a week here with family ranging from 1 to 74! There was something for everyone to do and plenty of room for all. The home was clean and very well cared for and stocked with essentials. The pool was our favorite place to be. Any questions I had were quickly answered by Fawna. It was a great place for our family vacation!

Property was great for our family of 9 adults and 7 children. Pool, backyard, games, toys and books were wonderful for the kids. Plenty of activities for the family in the area. Robb and John were great as there was a power outage due to a storm when we arrived, and they worked with us to make our stay a success

Great Space for Our Group

Overall, great space everywhere for our group. It was kind of tough finding rentals that had more than one bathroom for whatever reason, so I figured I'd note it here. The rooms were large and the deck outside was perfect for our group of ten. Location was easy to get to and easy to get out to places in Grand Rapids.

Guys golf trip

We had a group of 8 guys that came for a golf trip. Everything was great. We had our own rooms and beds. The house was clean and the amenities were as listed. The backyard is big and spacious and the pool and hot tub were great. Would definitely recommend

Family Vacation 2019

This house has been one of the best overall for the whole family. We really enjoyed the layout of the living area, we could all gather and have space for everyone. The outside was great for the little kids with the fenced in yard and play area. Loved the pool, a must for our family! Thank you!

Golf Weekend

I met four buddies in Grand Rapids for a Golf Weekend. The house had plenty of room to gather or find your own space if needed. The beds were comfortable. It was nice having a gas grill and a fire pit. The area was peaceful but close enough to Grand Rapids you could do whatever you wanted. We had everything we needed.

Great family getaway

The pool and backyard are even nicer than the pictures. The house is very well supplied with nice touches and very clean. The owner was immediately responsive to any questions. There is hiking, biking and golf nearby as well as a school with a great field and playground around the corner. Also a Dollar General store right on corner and ice cream shop down street. Only downside is there is no access to the lake right down the street, but we drove to another nearby lake and rented a speed boat and tube. Overall, would definitely rent again.

Family Getaway

We rented this home as a little getaway after quarantining for many weeks. Upon arrival, the first thing that we noticed was how clean the house was. It was also stocked with everything we could possibly need - extra blankets and night lights in every bedroom, fans, space heaters, games & children's books, pool floats galore, etc. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay easy and he also reached out to me more than once to make sure everything was going well with our stay. The pool was also great - the water was clear and warm and there is so much room on the deck to sit, eat, etc. It was also really nice to have access to the garage. We loved our stay!

Fall in Michigan

We had a group of 11 including 4 grandchildren on our visit to this property in October. We always enjoy being together and a big house with lots of bedrooms is essential. Our host Robb, was very attentive to our stay and made sure everything was in order. The house is well appointed. There are ample supplies of dishes and cooking supplies which is good because we like to eat!! The house is clean and comfortable and it was remarkably quiet at night. It is also very convenient to the airport. The weather wasn't the best but we did get out and enjoy the fire pit and made smores from the welcome basket we found when we arrived. I recommend this hose for your next trip to the Grand Rapids area.

Great Thanksgiving Getaway!!

Our family wanted a change of scenery for Thanksgiving this year given the COVID situation and wanted a place a short drive from our home and room to spread out for everyone. This property fit the bill! Robb’s communication from the start was excellent and made sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and he even provided us some s’more supplies and a pumpkin pie! All of the rooms were as advertised and even though we no longer have small children there were plenty of items for young children that would have made packing so much easier for us years ago. The hot tub was nice and relaxing and we spent much time utilizing the basketball hoop! I am sure the pool and volleyball net would be fun to use during the summer months. Overall our family very much enjoyed this property and would consider it again!
