Peaceful Waters is a fully renovated handicap accessible home, thoughtfully designed with families in mind. The spacious, fully fenced yard is a safe haven for the little ones and includes a fenced-in heated pool, a 7-seater hot tub, and a kid's play area. Gather around the fire pit for S’mores, or enjoy outdoor cooked meals on the large deck complete with ample seating and BBQ grills. There is also a sand volleyball court and basketball court for the sports lovers!

The home is fully stocked with cozy beds, soft linens, and premium pillows to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare family meals, from pots and pans to appliances and utensils, plus a coffee bar for coffee lovers! Featuring a 55" UHD TV on both levels, a Nintendo Wii, board games, poker supplies, and all the extras you will need for a great stay. We provide Pack-N-Plays and indoor and outdoor toys for families with little ones, and we welcome certain pets to join in the fun.

Peaceful Waters is not decorated or stocked like your typical vacation rental but is prepped as if you are staying at a friend's house. Your home away from home ~

I only thing I wish was the deck from inside could have been handicap accessible for my mom to enjoy watching everyone play outside or have dinner outside with us. Excellent for large groups, including ours, which had 1-7 year olds. It really feels like it’s someone’s home, where they have thought out the details of amenities that would really help out large groups. Small things like having a ton of dishes, utensils, glasses so that we can eat dinner even though the lunch dishes are still running. The outdoor space is amazing: we swam and hot tubbed and built a fire every day. Even though we are in a residential neighborhood, it feels so private and quiet. And the manager Fawna is attentive and responsive.

Everything you want for a fun family vacation!

We splashed around in a heated pool. We relaxed in the jacuzzi. We had some competitive basketball and volleyball games. We enjoyed the spacious deck, and made smores in the fire pit. Everything we could want to do outdoors. Indoors is a little more basic. There are small maintenance details a little on the shoddier side, like a shower head that wouldn't work and a few issues trying to figure out the thermostats (2). But nothing egregious. Overall it was great time and we enjoyed ourselves.
