Beautiful location! The condo was clean and the pictures represented it well. Perfect for a couple, or family with small children. I love that it is close enough to Surf City to drive to for the day, or you can stay close at the beautiful beach a 2 minute walk away, or take a 5 min drive to another. There was an open line of communication and they were accommodating, professional, and very friendly.

We really loved our stay here; it was perfect for a couple's get-away. The condo was quiet and well stocked with just about everything you could want. Property managers were easily reached and both responsive and helpful.

Such a lovely place to stay!! The condo was extremely well appointed! Kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfy. Condo was very clean and quite comfortable. We have stayed in this community a number of times, we’ve finally found our “go to” spot!!

Condo was clean has wonderful views. Had everything we needed. The onlyNegative was the shoreline was gigantic sand bags!!! When the water was high, there was no sandy beach to sit and relax.. I do not remember seeing that in the photo listing.

This unit was lovely. We only had on problem - No hot water! the Property management team, Beth and Bill< were able to find us another unit in the same building and we had a great stay.

North Top Sail Vacation

The property was as advertised with exceptional beach access and views. It was roomy with all necessities (actually more than any other condo rental we have rented). While the complex is older, its been well maintained. The balcony was the key to our vacation.. the view was incredible. The beach was clean and the people are nice..owners and renters alike. The place is very quiet in the evening which allowed for a peaceful nite sleep. The bed was comfortably and the AC units did the job even though real feel temps were over 100 most days. Our management contacts Beth and Bill were incredible and swift to help us with any request or question. We will most definitely come back.

When they say oceanfront, they mean oceanfront.

One of the main reasons we booked this place was because of the ocean views and the convenience of being able to walk from the place right to the beach everyday. You cannot do this. The ocean is slowly washing away this place and you have to drive blocks away just to be able to go on the beach. The pictures listed does not make it seem this way. We were texted 20 minutes before check-in stating the storms had taken some of the beach, but the sand bags have been there since 2012. The place also has a smell that will come back with you! Had we known we would have to drive everyday just to go to the beach even though it was right in front of us, we would not have been so eager to book the place. However, the property manager Beth was very nice and understanding. Someone needs to update this listing!
