Tried calling the after hours number several times and no one answers the call which then diverts to a very loud squawking noise on a voicemail? We needed advice as the hot water service that didn't work (we later found a switch in the bathroom that needed to be turned on to activate the hot water unit.) The heating control panel doesn't work and there were no clear instructions on where to find the rubbish bins. The home is lovely but easier communication after hours would have made for a much better experience. The staff at booking/ check in/ check out were all fantastic and accommodating
