Fantastic stay

What a wonderful place to get away with a group of friends or family. The house was clean and well stocked with the necessities. The pool was a highlight with the group and that Mountain View from the porch is second to none! We will be back!

Lovely escape

We truly enjoyed ourselves and the property was a pleasant retreat. We were able to relax in the pool and spend quality time on the porches with friends. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The bedrooms were lovely and very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was 45-60 minutes away from most great hikes and waterfalls. Beautiful community. The view and sunsets were incredible.

Family Time

Perfect location for a multi-generational vacation. Well appointed, spacious and clean, the home had a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains from multiple viewpoints inside and out. Though we were not golfers, we wished we were because the course looked beautiful. We enjoyed the tennis, pickle ball courts, hiking trail, bowling alley and pool. It made for an active yet relaxing time together.

Beautiful house with large pool. The grandkids loved the pool! Plenty of room for all 10 of us. Kitchen had many spices & oil that you don't see in many Air B&B's. The AC went out in the Bonus Room & Angela was "on the ball" in getting a tech out to repair it! The house is pretty far away from stores & restaurants, so plan accordingly! We hope to go back!

Secluded oasis with mountain views

We were looking for a comfortable place for extended family to gather and relax, and were very happy with our stay. We loved the mountain views, excellent pool, well equipped kitchen, and entertainment options both in the house and through Brights Creek ameneties. We hiked to the local waterfall and made use of the tennis courts, both of which i would recommend. Didn't have a chance to golf, but the course was beautiful and looked like a good challenge. While off the beaten path, drive times to Lake Lure, Hendersonville and Asheville were reasonable. We like to cook, and the kitchen and grill enabled us to make elaborate meals for our large group. Be aware that groceries and restaurant options aside from the Clubhouse require some driving, but we were after the solitude so this place was perfect for us. The property manager was wondeful to work with. She ensured we had all the information we needed to confidently and quickly get into the house, and was incredibly responsive to our needs and any questions we had. She was a pleasure to work with, and is one of several reasons why we would strongly consider rebooking here. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend this property.

Incredible Mountain Escape

This home was situated in a gated community at the end of a country road. After being greeted by security and provided a parking pass, guests wound their way to the spacious home designed for relaxing. A family of nine, including adult children, a teenager, and two young grandchildren, had room to spread out across porches, patios, and family areas both upstairs and downstairs. The favorite spot was the screened porch adjoining the kitchen, where we spent hours playing games, enjoying a glass of wine and snacks, and basking in the glow of the beautiful stone fireplace. Thankfully, the owner had provided lots of firewood prior to our arrival. The home was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with great appliances. The bathrooms included an initial set of toiletries. However, the WiFi was not very dependable or strong, so not all devices could connect. For those that were connected, it was just okay, but some devices never connected, which was frustrating. Additionally, the distance to anything outside the gated community was about 25 minutes, including restaurants and groceries, and DoorDash did not deliver. As long as guests bring enough groceries for the group, the place was perfect for unwinding. One last thing was that not all bedrooms had a TV, which was not a big deal for our family, but could be for some. We appreciated the spacious layout of the home and the peaceful setting, making it an ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life
