Sink into the 5-star hotel quality linen & relax with x2 Queen beds and sofa bed located in the living area. You'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen for cooking. The living space is fun and comfortable, with a 43" Samsung TV. Dine in or out in the courtyard - or step across the road and into a huge range of Christchurch's finest cafes and restaurants. Great for business or Leisure stays.
3 storey townhouse. Ground floor has Living, Dining, Kitchen and access to the outdoor courtyard. With the sofa bed located here for an additional 1-2 guests. 
1st floor contains a full tiled bathroom with shower and bidet, 1st bedroom with Queen bed and wardrobe. 2nd floor contains Master room with ensuite bathroom complete with tiled shower and bidet.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay. It will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival and you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
There is high-speed internet throughout the property.
The property offers on-street parking for guests. There is paid parking available on the street in front of the property. The street behind has free parking available. We recommend guests to check the parking signs and rules before parking your car. Carebnb can assist with any parking questions.
This home is located within easy walking distance to many fantastic amenities the Central City has to offer.
City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
