Host was quick, helpful, and friendly with communication. Easy check in & out. Great location. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. House was well equipped, everything worked. Solid WiFi. Showers had good heat and good pressure (a personal favorite!).

Had a great time and experienced our first Dog parade in downtown
Stayed at this quaint downtown DeLand home with my parents while we were in town for a family reunion. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable for a good nights sleep. Neighborhood was quiet at night.
Attractive & conveniently located home with a great common area (living room, dining nook, kitchen, & laundry) that runs from the front porch to the back porch. Bedrooms are small & accommodate five people — one has an en suite bathroom.
Very clean. Very homey! Loved the location. Easy to walk down town. Very good communication with the host! Will stay at this property again in the future!!!

It felt like we were home. my daughter enjoyed the house, specially, the little yard in the front. and whatever makes my child happy, makes me happy.
If I have to stay in DeLand again, I will for sure make a reservation for this house

awesome
everything was great. the owner was available at any time. they have put everything accessible so you don't really have to ask. the house was clean and cozy.
It is a good place to stay with children, it is really secure.
House was very clean with updated kitchen. Great having a washer and dryer and the place had plenty of towels and blankets. Showers worked great and water was nice and hot (very important feature for us). Ample parking, easy access to town and everything. Quiet neighborhood even though we got to witness a "manhunt"with helicopters and everything! Have stayed in Deland three times in last three years and we love the town. The host was very responsive. Walked in to the home after a day out and the a/c had malfunctioned, she had someone there that same day.
Would have benefited from a little more "attention to detail". For example, there were no night stands or table lamps in bedrooms (you have to shut the over head light off and then hope you don't smack your toe getting into the bed), master bathroom had no place to store toiletries (sink had no edge to it and there was no shelf or cabinet). Only one of the bedrooms had drawers for storage. Only one of the bedrooms had a TV and there was only room enough for three on the couch in the living room. For some reason, the legs had been removed from the two chairs in the living room making it difficult for an "older " adult to sit and get up comfortably. Also some of the doors were hung upside down when with a little extra attention could have been hung properly. There was also limited sitting outside which we would have liked for our morning coffee. Front porch would have been fine but there are some questionable floor boards.
