Make the delightful transition to island life in our waterfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath place furnished with luxurious, colorful island decor. Vacation in this two-bedroom suite for a family or two couples, or reserve just the one bedroom or a studio unit for two with private entrances. Either way, envision yourself sipping coffee or cocktails while watching pelicans diving for fish and listening to the waves gently lap the shoreline. Grande Bay offers a pool, hot tub, fitness center, garage parking and elevators.

One-bedroom unit has front and rear balconies, eating area, king bed in bedroom and queen sleeper in living room, full kitchen with side-by-side frig, stove, 2 TVs w/cable and DVD, bath, a reserved garage parking space, beach chairs and towels, and coolers.

Studio unit has king bed, sofa, TV w/cable and DVD, front balcony, kitchenette w/microwave and under counter fridge, bath, private entrance, beach chairs, towels, and cooler.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The rooms were clean and had everything we could possibly need with tons of space for our family of 4. The view from the room was amazing and also loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. Would absolutely recommend and we will be back!

We (along with another couple) stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bath Sunswept condo. We were attending a wedding at Gallows Point. The pictures matched the condo exactly. It was lovely. We were met promptly by our greeter at the ferry dock and she was responsive when we needed to contact her. The owner was very responsive to all our questions before our stay. It was so nice to walk to the little village at night which was basically right next door. We would highly recommend staying here, the entire building is spotless and well maintained. Beautiful unit

Can't speak highly enough about this condo. Simply can't beat the location or the views. The unit is very well equipped, amazingly clean and Anna May is great to deal with.

This couple has 3 married children and grands who also enjoy hiking and snorkeling on St. John. He is an environmental engineer; she is a communications director.

After years of exploring the Virgin Islands through bareboat sailing rentals, we chose St. John because of the spectacular scenery, the warmth of the island people, and the perfect weather.

Why they chose this property

We love the ever-changing vistas of the harbor: pelicans diving, sailboats coming and going. Hiking and snorkeling are our favorite activities. The proximity to town is another plus - we love leaving the car behind and walking to the many wonderful restaurants in Cruz Bay.

What makes this property unique

The views from the two balconies of this unit are nothing short of spectacular.
This two bedroom unit was completely refurbished in 2014: new cabinets and granite in kitchen and bath, new tile on floors and in bath, hurricane proof sliding glass doors, new furnishings.
