Wonderful property in a quiet neighborhood. We are three guys who fish together a lot and we do a fall trip to the Redding area every year. This house will be our "go to" going forward. Comfortable spaces, good beds and a great kitchen. We really enjoyed sitting on the back covered patio every evening. Highly recommended.

We floated the lower Sac for trout, The Fly Shop guides. We wanted a home where we could share common space and prepare our meals together. The house suited our purposes very well.

Great family weekend

The Beaumont house was clean, comfortable and he hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and one of our favorite parts was walking the trails behind the house to the seasonal creek.

Plenty of room for our 8 adult/1 infant group. We really appreciated that the kitchen had every pot/pan/utensil and spice we needed! Host was very responsive and helpful with the small issue we had during our stay. Covered patio was a great place for morning coffee.

Comfortable Stay with Peaceful Surroundings and Easy Lake Access

We had a wonderful week at this rental home! The house was spotless, well stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The quiet, beautiful neighborhood was perfect for morning or evening walks or bike rides.We loved relaxing on the back patio with a cup of coffee in the mornings and unwinding there after long days on the lake, enjoying the nicely landscaped yard. The location I'd great as it is just a short drive to the lake with plenty of space to park a boat or PWC.The host was friendly and responsive, checking in when we first arrived and always seemed to be available for any questions or concerns. My family and I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Redding or Shasta Lake area and would happily stay here again!

What a terrific house! We were all very impressed with the cleanliness and the well-stocked kitchen, which had all the pots and pans we needed for our cooking and baking. Everything was beautiful and comfortable, and situated so nicely for our group. Easy access to the house from the freeway, but in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Quick response when we had a couple questions. Overall, it’s definitely a top of the line experience!

Great Home and Nice Neighborhood.

This home is nicely remodeled with a great backyard. The home is clean and inviting in a fantastic and quiet neighborhood. The back yard is spacious yet cozy with a covered patio and mature trees for shade. We spent 3 lovely evenings in the backyard Barbecuing and playing games. This home is well located no more than 15 minutes from Lake Shasta and 20 minutes to Whiskey Town Lake where we spent our days boating, swimming and relaxing. Overall a Fabulous experience. We would highly recommend this property.

Few things need to be done

Nice house and neighborhood. Not enough towels for 8 people. We had to go buy some. Toaster doesn't work unless you manually hold the handle down. Mattresses on all of the beds are super hard. Very few of us slept real good.

Great place

I stayed for a week, and overall, it was a positive experience. The house was very clean, well-equipped, and felt secure. However, I’d like to point out an issue regarding the accommodation described for 8 people. Although the listing mentioned a bedroom with two single beds, upon arrival, we found that it was actually an office attached to the living room. There was only one single bed, and the second was just a mattress to be placed on the floor, which caused some discomfort among us. In my opinion, the house is better suited for 6 adults and two children under the current conditions. With this minor adjustment to the listing, I believe future guests will have a more accurate expectation of their stay.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet!

This property was as advertised. Loved the fully appointed kitchen, secure parking area for our kayak loaded truck, and large number of spacious bedrooms. Living room was great for us to relax in after full days of hiking, kayaking,etc. The house felt super clean and was well decorated without feeling cluttered. Air conditioner worked great, an important feature in Redding in the summer. Minor things - if you are sensitive to plug in air fresheners you may want to ask the host to remove them prior to your arrival, attractive backyard but we didn’t want to wrestle with cleaning the patio furniture to eat outside - it required more than just a wipe down - bbq worked great though, the front bathroom shower valve and drain could use some maintenance. None of these things would stop us from renting the place again. Fabulous location for day trips to Lassen Volcano National Park, Lake Shasta, Whiskeytown Lake, Mt. Shasta, Burney Falls, and Lava Beds National Monument. Thanks for the wonderful accommodations!!
