We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We’ve cleaned the exterior door again—what’s on the surface is mildew, not black mold. This is common in coastal areas during extreme humidity, and we plan to repaint the door when conditions allow.- We inspected the A/C unit and vents and didn’t find any signs of mold. The system is only a year old and is working properly to keep the space cool.- We're sorry the pool setup didn’t match what you expected. We provide access to multiple nearby pools and include that information in our pre-arrival message so guests know what to expect.- We’re reviewing our cleaning process to ensure every stay feels fresh and comfortable, especially during peak heat and humidity.- Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.
