Wonderful Stay! Clean and easy walk to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was remodeled very nicely and was very clean. We will return! Enjoyed the fireworks on the beach on July 4th!

Everything was great from the time we arrived from the time we left. I truly appreciated the communication from the owner. She was very pleasant and helpful. The condo was neat and clean and located in a great area.

Weekend Getaway

Upon arrival building was old & outdated, Elevator smelled, walking to room our door was covered in Black Mold. Manager said it was mildew, it’s not. It’s Black Mold. I have lived at the beach. We managed to stay one night and only went to room to sleep. Mold got my husband’s allergies acting up bad. Mold was also in AC air vent. Room was very dated. Small pool was dirty, the bigger pools and lazy river like listing mentioned were 3 condos at Ocean Reef, add didn’t even mention that. Room smelled like it was cleaned with bleach but definitely wasn’t clean to our liking, room felt so humid. Contacted management to see about getting a partial refund and she said owner will not do a refund, asked for contact of owner and she stated I needed to go thru her. Very short with me and helped none. Do not recommend and will not come back. Like I said room was very outdated, not clean, black mold and listing was not accurate- Pools were 3 condos down. 1 pool at hotel was tiny and dirty! Will not return!

The right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We’ve cleaned the exterior door again—what’s on the surface is mildew, not black mold. This is common in coastal areas during extreme humidity, and we plan to repaint the door when conditions allow.- We inspected the A/C unit and vents and didn’t find any signs of mold. The system is only a year old and is working properly to keep the space cool.- We're sorry the pool setup didn’t match what you expected. We provide access to multiple nearby pools and include that information in our pre-arrival message so guests know what to expect.- We’re reviewing our cleaning process to ensure every stay feels fresh and comfortable, especially during peak heat and humidity.- Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.
