About this property

Modern studio with soft tub -Ratcliffe Guest Suite

Near beautiful trails and set in a quiet neighbourhood, this suite is perfect for a weekend break or even longer. It has everything you need but is not far from the local town.
This newly renovated suite has its own private entrance and large deck. With home comforts in mind, there is a comfy sleeping area with a queen bed and closet. The sitting room area has a queen sofa bed, electric fireplace and tv. There is also a dining area and desk/dressing table area.
The suite also has a full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
There is an outdoor soft tub on the deck for relaxing and watching the sunsets.

Our suite can sleep up to four adults but it is more suited for individuals/couples and people with younger children.
We are happy to provide baby items such as high chair, travel crib, baby bath and toys, games and books for all ages. Please just let us know when booking. Please note although we welcome small pets at the property we do charge a $40 pet fee.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property. The space was exceptionally clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Awesome experience from start to finish! Becky and Luke were extremely welcoming and accomodating. The unit was very modern and clean in a phenomenal location close to many amazing places. The welcome basket was extremely thoughtful and they even put out a basket for our pup! Would most definitely stay again if we have the opportunity
