We came here for my husband's birthday over labor day weekend with our dog. The property was extremely clean and was located near downtown for easy access to restaurants and a grocery store. Loved our stay!
Cute and comfy. Stairway is a bit wonky so not recommended to people with mobility issues. Just a few dirty glasses and silverware in cabinets. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
This apartment was so cute and exceeded our expectations with having air conditioning units installed before we checked in. We will definitely consider staying here again when we are in the area.
Was in town for a few days as our son was performing at the Rev. We were lucky to find this little gem in the middle of Auburn. The host was very accommodating and the house was well appointed, just a great fit for us...

NY Vacation
Was in NY to visit family. Had a wonderful time and weather has great. This place was perfect for us. Within walking distance to many great restaurants and Wegmans. The apartment was clean and very spacious. Bedroom downstairs alittle small for a queen bed, but do able. Full size kitchen, washer/dryer, full bath and 1/2 bath. Individual AC in every bedroom, so you can adjust to your preference. We will definitely stay again when in NY.Thank you for having us.
Spacious with enough rooms for four adults and four kids. Unfortunately the site lists it as non-smoking yet the entire property smelled of cigarette smoke. The smell faintly waned by our final day but permeated everything in the house, which was not good four four kids in the home. The neighborhood was nice but you had to pass a row of people chain smoking on their patios to reach the nearby park for kids to play in. Also the exhaust vent was disconnected from the air conditioner in the kids room on arrival, told the property contact but received no reply nor fix to the issue.

From the Owner: "Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the home was spacious and had enough room for your group of four adults and four kids. I’m sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay. I did not receive a call or message regarding the A/C exhaust, but it only takes a moment to reconnect, and I would have been happy to fix it right away if I had known. Our property is strictly non-smoking, but as there are neighboring apartments, guests from those units may have been smoking outside on their porches. I appreciate you bringing these concerns to my attention, and I’ll look into ways to address these issues for future guests."

Deep cleaning necessary
Window sills with dead flies, clothes left on dining room floor from previous renter, crumbs on counter, toothpaste smears, questionable clean sheets downstairs, and dusty. Needs a dehumidifier-musty. Otherwise, great location.

Spacious apartment in convenient location
The 2-story apartment was clean and spacious with a modern kitchen and baths. We especially liked the sunny, sitting/dining area adjacent to the kitchen and being able to walk to downtown restaurants and attractions. A few suggestions to enhance the experience: The kitchen had the necessary pots/pans/dishes but didn't have paper towels, dishwasher detergent or extra trash bags, and there was barely enough toilet paper stocked for our 3-day stay. There were a few, minor maintenance issues, including the tub faucet being loose. Also worth nothing is that the first floor bedroom with the queen bed is barely big enough to contain the bed. The 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor were much larger. But overall, this was a pleasant spot for a long weekend.

Honest Review
It wasn’t a bad place to stay as it’s newly renovated and nice inside however I would not stay here in the summer. They have no AC which is listed in the add and was no big deal as we thought we could open windows and all rooms would have ceiling fans. Well that was wrong. The windows do not have screens on them and no ceiling fans in any room except for the living room. This should be specified on the add we had to go buy a window fan as it was so hot in there it was almost unbearable. We ended up finding out someone had left on the heat stove making it even hotter. The only other issue we had was the amount of bugs. A TON of ants were killed everyday and they were even in the beds which was disgusting along with some other bugs in the house. We know bugs are a thing but for there to be that many in there and in the beds was not acceptable

Hi Heather, we're sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- The A/C has now been installed. We didn't expect the temperatures to warm up so soon, but it is now ready for our guests!
- The stove is on at night when the temperature drops. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- We apologize for the insects. There were a few ants in the home, but we had pest control treat the home after your visit.
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback.
