Great House!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Lots of room and super cozy and comfortable. Great beds, a spacious kitchen and a beautiful backyard. This home has the perfect location to all the activities tourists would like to do in Bend. We would love to stay here again!

This house is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood and perfect for a family. It had a great fenced back yard. It would be great for kids and it was big enough to play ball with my daughters dog.There is a neighborhood park with a playground right up the block! Sawyer Park and McKay Cottage are just a few minutes away.We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again!

Nice Stay in Bend

Everything was great and the unit was very clean. If we had to comment on any issues it would be that the lighting was somewhat dim (bulbs were out in the Master bedroom) and the TV's were difficult to operate. Other than that, everything was nice and our stay was great! The property manager was easy to communicate with.

This was a lovely home. Very clean, many great features and amenities. I was looking forward to a cozy fireplace since there was about 8 inches of snow on the ground and it was still falling, but we could not get the fireplace to work and our contacts provided us with NO help. It was unfortunate, but we made the most of it. Also wifi was very spotty. Likely the weather. We did enjoy our stay regardless of the setbacks.

Needs some love and attention

House was clean and CS agent was helpful when we arrived and could not get the door to unlock. Outdoor patio was lovely, but Landscaping needs a lot of attention. TV remotes did not have batteries and there was only streaming options. No basic cable/TV programming. Very limited number of plates/service ware. A box of tissues could not be found anywhere in the house. Nice neighborhood and location, but overall this place needs some love and attention..

Our Lavacrest Stay

The house is lovely and well stocked. We did have to buy a broom, housekeeping may have had it tucked away. The neighborhood is delightful with a park just down the street.Getting in touch with the propert manager was a nightmare. She took a full week to let me know that she would be looking into my questions. By that time, we had left our home base and the info wouldnt have been helpful. Other than "Stacey", we would return again.

House not as advertised, and host unresponsive

We booked this stay for the 4th of July week to have a quiet place to stay for ourselves and our dogs. The most important feature for us in choosing a place was to have a fenced in yard. This house advertised as being fully fenced in, so we selected it. Unfortunately when we arrived, we saw the gate to the fence broken and haphazardly held in place by some rocks. We would not have rented this place had we known the yard was not secured. I messaged the host on our first night to bring this to her attention. We stayed for 6 nights and I never received a response from her. Additionally, without any notice, someone entered the yard to do yard maintenance during our stay. I understand if this needs to happen, however the host should have given us a heads up that someone would be entering the yard in the middle of the day. Finally, this house was not well-stocked with standard kitchen supplies. I had to spend nearly $200 to purchase bowls, wine glasses, forks, hangers, etc. I left these in the house so the future guests will be able to take advantage of these.
