Swiss Mountain 71 features zero steps for easy access, is multi-level, offers

internet access, and is not pet-friendly. This deluxe-rated unit sleeps eight.

The main living area includes a living room with a flat-screen TV and a queen

sleeper sofa; please note the wood-burning stove is not available for guest

use.



The fully functional kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats four, while the

dining table accommodates six. A powder room is conveniently located on this

level, and the unit does not offer a gas grill.



Upstairs, the master bedroom features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a full

bath. The second bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom includes a

double bed; they share the second full bath.



This unit is just a short complimentary shuttle ride to the slopes and main

resort and is within walking distance of the Highlands Golf Course. A small

viewing deck provides a lovely view of Seven Springs Mountain Resort's

beautiful wooded landscape. All rates are subject to state, county, and local

taxes.



Swiss Mountain is located within a short driving distance from the main

entrance to Seven Springs Mountain Resort, and to Highlands Golf Course. The

homes range in size from a cozy 1-bedroom to 3-bedrooms where you are sure to

find the perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands

has to offer. All homes include washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included).

Iron/Ironing board, expanded cable in the living room, dishwasher (detergent

provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a fully functional

kitchen. Also, included are paper towels, trash bags, and toilet issue.



_**No indoor fireplace usage is available at Swiss Mountain.**_ Swiss

Mountain units are not Ski In/Ski Out.



During the summer months, this unit has access to the community pool. In

addition, all condominium guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main

indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).



Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit. However, there is plenty of

overflow parking available on-site within the Community.
