Great spot for a 2 family ski getaway! The condo layout is perfect for hanging out together in the kitchen/main room and the kids love their bunk room downstairs. The proximity to Seven Springs can't be beat!
Nice open layout in the main living area. New-ish kitchen. Lots of heating options (multiple mini splits, baseboard heaters, and wood stove). Frequent and convenient shuttle to the slopes.
Awesome property with plenty of room for a large group. Shuttle service worked perfectly for access to the slopes. Everything was available to make cooking, living, and clean up a breeze.
Will be back!
This property was awesome... easy check in.. great response when I text owner... great location... very clean...will definitely stay here again.. Donna
Stayed here for cousin’s wedding at Sana View Farm.
Clean and spacious place.
Kitchen was nice, but location of smoke detector and making breakfast and lunch set it off so be careful.
Overall place was nice for what we needed!
Thank you!
The condo is very spacious and well decorated. We used the shuttle service during the big storm over the weekend and have a great time! There are a few issues we encountered during our stay. We were unsure of how the baseboard heating in the dining area turned on so it was a little chilly downstairs. I messaged the host but never got a response. We messaged about a late checkout due to the weekend storm but never received an answer which was disappointing. We had trouble with a few outlets, only one of the two outlets worked, basement and 2nd floor worked. Multiple lamps without light bulbs. The door didn’t lock when we left, we tried everything. The shower in the basement needs a new shower head because it just streams out one strand of water. Then the water stayed on with a trickle. The fireplace was nice but there weren’t and fire starter items. Just wood in the front. Mattresses were a bit stiff. We stayed two nights and had a great time. There should be a few improvements made to make this a 5 star review and to respond to messages.

Response from VrboOwner on 31 December 2025
From the owner: "Thanks for your recent stay at my condo in Seven Springs—I appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. I just had a chance to read your feedback, and I wanted to mention that I didn’t receive any messages about the heating system or a late checkout during your stay. If I had seen them, I absolutely would have responded and done my best to accommodate. I really wish I’d had the chance to help in real time!I’m glad you brought the outlets, lightbulbs, and shower head to my attention—I’ll be sure to take care of those right away. I hope you still had a great trip overall, and I truly appreciate your feedback to help improve future guest experiences."

RELAXING, CLEAN, WARM, INVITING. This home was exactly what we wanted. It had plenty of comfortable seating for us to gather and reminisce about our college days. This home has plenty of comfortable beds and the upstairs bathroom was recently remodeled. The quiet neighborhood was convenient for walking after dinner. We enjoyed going to Fallingwater and Ohiopyle to fill our days. All 5 of us would highly recommend this location to gather with family and friends. The owner is quick to respond and help with all our questions.
Two families with 5 kids between us had a great ski weekend here. The townhouse was super convenient to 7 Springs and there’s even a shuttle if you don’t want to drive. The 17 yo enjoyed having her own space in the loft area and the other kids aged 5-14 loved the kid bunk room on the lower level. In addition to central heat, each room had baseboard heating that could be customized! So the kids room was nice and toasty while our bedroom was cooler - perfect! Nice updates through the home and the main area was great for hanging out and playing games. Great option!

My brother-in-laws and I sent my wife, her 3 sisters, and their mother for a Mother's Day Weekend. The house was as described and had plenty of room for the five of them. They enjoyed how close it was to the resort for a day at the spa. Jake, the owner, was very responsive to any questions we had prior to their arrival and sent informative messages leading up to their stay. My wife related the place was well equipped for their evening game nights and relaxing. She said they would stay their again if the opportunity came up in the future.
We rented the house to meet up with extended family. In all, we had 4 adults and 5 children, ranging in age from 8 years old to 15 years old. The house was spotless. The checkin process was seamless. There was plenty of space for all 9 of us, in fact, we ended up not needing the loft. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of plates, blows, plots and pans, glasses and cups, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, etc. We were pleasantly surprised when we found that there are hiking trails starting right behind the townhouse. We had a lovely stay and were very comfortable. I would highly recommend it.
NEAT, CLEAN, WARM, WELCOMING, SPACIOUS, FAMILY FRIENDLY, SPLENDID VIEW and UNIQUE. The owner was accommodating and quick to reply and meet our needs. We fell in love with this home. We are a group of 5 women from different parts of PA and we wanted to reunite for the weekend. This property had everything we needed. Plenty of beds and bedrooms for a good night's sleep. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with pots, pans and dishes for all our needs. The best part of the home is a sizable living area where we could comfortably sit by the fire and catch up with each other. We sat at the large dining room table to share a meal. We will tell our friends about this place and recommend it to them.
We had so much fun. The accomodations were perfect. We had 2 couples, and 6 boys and it was perfect. We played games at the table and the room was perfect for those not playing. Lots of room for boys to chill after skiing. Use the shuttle...so easy and parking issues or having to walk far.
To start, the owner was fantastic with communication. From a pre arrival email to answering my text messages he was super responsive. On our arrival we found the place to be very clean. Kudos to your cleaning crew!!
The wood stove provided great warmth and when the supplied wood ran low I texted the owner and within 2 hours he had more wood stocked outside the house. We were there for a family ski trip. You can see Seven Springs ski resort right from the family room windows all lit up at night. It’s only a 3 minute drive to the ski slopes. However there is a continuous free shuttle that runs from the townhomes to the ski resort. The bus stop is basically right out the front door and down to the right about 20 yards. We used it all weekend and we came and went as we pleased. It saved us a ton of money by not having to eat lunch at the slopes. On the day we were leaving we woke up to a blizzard with a foot of snow. The owner gladly let us stay the few extra hours so we could get out safely. Overall the place fit our needs perfectly and was well stocked for everything we needed to cook. Towels, linens, toilet paper and paper towels were all provided.
If we were to come back to Seven Springs I would look right to this place to rebook. Thank you for making our ski trip enjoyable and providing a great place for us to stay.
