one bedroom one bath cottage





This is our one bedroom, one bath Harbor North couple's cottage, one of our

signature premiere log sided cottages. Beautifully furnished in an eclectic

blend of antiques and comfortable, contemporary pieces, our Harbor North

cottages all feature beautiful tile floors in the bathrooms and hardwood

floors in the great room.



Our unique couple's cottage features both an indoor jacuzzi in a native stone

surround. a hot tub on the forest view deck, and a king bed in the master.



There is a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, two flat screen TV's,

stereo system and large deck with patio furniture and charcoal grill. The

kitchen has dishware and cookware for 6.



This rate is based on two people. Pets are an additional $17.50 per night.

All of our units have hair dryers, iron and ironing board.



Please note that smoking of any kind is not allowed at this property. If we

find evidence of smoking, you will be fined $150.00.



PETS: We do not accept any breeds that have been recognized for their violent

behavior, like a pit bull or any exotic pets. All pets must be leashed at all

times while being walked, and all owners must be prepared to pick up any

excrement left by their pets. Pets cannot be left unattended in the units or

on the decks at any time! Should we receive any complaints regarding pets

barking, there is a $150 service charge plus any charges necessary for another

guest needing to be relocated to another unit due to disturbance.



Pet Fee is $17.50 per night plus tax and processing.



Please note: We are not responsible for any children or pets leaving or

entering the fenced area. Please supervise children and pets while in the

fenced area and do not leave unattended.

Nature Haven with a Hot Tub

This was exactly what my husband and I needed as an anniversary getaway! The cabin was spacious and clean, and the host was very kind and thoughtful. We loved waking up and drinking coffee while watching deer feed around the cabin. The jacuzzi tub was perfect for our achy muscles, and the hot tub reinforced out relaxation! We will definitely go through RedAwning again. It was such a treat!

Perfect romantic cabin with amenities nearby

I'm a big fan of Arkansas and brought my girlfriend here for her first trip to the state. Despite being rained on all weekend we had a great time! The Jacuzzi being under the roof was nice as it allowed us to use it while listening to the storm. Pet friendly was a big plus and our pups loved watching all the critters from up on the balcony. The jacuzzi tub in the room was perfect, you can watch movies from the tub! All in all, I highly recommend.
