Newly renovated Studio with extra sound proofing located a short walk to major bus routes, RJH, shopping, Camosun, Willows beach and 10 minutes to downtown Victoria.

This Bright cheerful studio is located in a central family oriented neighbourhood, is a cozy place to call home with everything you might need while visiting Victoria.

-Twin daybed converts to king size bed.

-In suite laundry, BBQ, induction cook plate, microwave and Ninja Foodie XL 10 in airfryer/convection countertop oven.
The coffee table pops up for a working surface as does the space saving wall table.

The bathroom is bright and modern with a walk in shower. Soaps/shampoo/conditioner as well as hairdryer are provided.

Beau studio avec toutes les commodités

Très satisfaite de mon choix. Endroit propre, tranquille, dans un petit quartier résidentiel. Situé au sous-sol d’une maison privée, avec entrée indépendante. On entend la vie en haut, mais on s’habitue à la petite routine. Propriétaire très respectueux et au devant des demandes pour que tout soit parfait. J’y retournerai si l’occasion se présente!

Enjoyed the stay in Victoria. Barbecue on terrace was wonderful as weather cooperated. Kitchen has many appliances but cannot be used as there is no spaceon counter and doors of cabinets to reach item interfere with eachother. A bed with mattrass instead of a sit/sleep unit would be great. Host was great.
