Host/owner was great. Only problem we had was that the downstairs heat was not working and did not consistently work the entire stay. It was freezing cold outside and the only heat had was upstairs. Home was beautiful and perfect for what we needed it for and then some.

Response from VrboOwner on 29 December 2025
From the owner: “Hi, thanks so much for staying with us! We again apologize for the inconvenience that the downstairs heat caused. The unit was hit with a strange surge that caused several panels to blow and required a big repair job that was performed during your stay, and we’re glad we were able to get it repaired and up and running prior to you leaving! We also made sure to compensate you for the inconvenience of only having the upstairs heating work during half your stay. We hope you give us another chance to make it right!”
