Palapa House - Heated Pool Access

Palapas House is a sun-soaked San Felipe Vacation Rental located in El Dorado Ranch (Ranchos del Sol) that blurs the line between indoor and outdoor living. The desert-inspired landscaping leads to a front courtyard, while inside features a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV and comfortable couches.

The kitchen includes a coffee maker, stove, microwave, full-size refrigerator, breakfast bar, dishwasher, and stocked drawers. The master suite has a queen bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower behind a frosted glass wall.

The second bedroom has a full bed and is steps from a bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. The shady lanai leads to an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill, sink, and bar seating, plus a dining area under a giant palm thatch umbrella and a hammock between two palm trees. Guests have access to the resort pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and beach.

This rental comes with 4 pool passes only (strictly enforced). Pool passes are issued 8AM-4:30PM — arrive after 4:30PM and you will not have pool access until the next day.

Monthly rentals available with utilities extra and a $1,000 security deposit.

Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.

Beautiful Home

The home is even more beautiful than the pictures portray. It was very clean and beautiful. However, we were there in June and it was over 100° out. The AC in the living room could not keep up with the outside temp. The bedrooms were cool, but the living room and kitchen only got down to 85° Also, the WiFi was very slow. If one person was on it, it worked. More than one person, and the WiFi was basically unusable. If I were to visit in the winter, I’d definitely stay at this house. In the summer, not so much.
