Great stay

This listing was a great location for my daughter and I, but would have had space for my whole family. It was a central location for the areas we wanted to explore and host was very communicative and responded right away when I had any questions. Would stay here again.

Very nice area

Beautiful area, the neighborhood was so quiet and nice. Very close to everything. Was not aware that there was more than 1 unit in the house, but the other guests were very kind and quiet. Host was very attentive and quick to respond when we had questions, and everything was fairly clean and kept up.

Was a great place to stay, clean and welcoming. The only issues were there's very little air flow going through the apartment which made it rather muggy and sticky. And being from the country and living the outdoors it would have been great to have a back yard to sit out in. Otherwise a terrific place to stay.

This property is as advertised. The host was very communicative when we had some small issues. The accessibility if you have stair issues could be challenging but is great and very secure. Centrally located but in a quiet area. Very little noise. Easy to find.

Be warned! This is a Basement Apartment. With another basement apartment beside you and tenants in the house above you. You have no control over cooling and heating. And seating only for four. The floor above you is VERY thin and floors creek. You hear ALL the footpath of tenants above ( and sadly for us it was at all times if night) We heard the loud arrival home at 1:30 am one morning, and their very loud departure at 4-4:30am. The plumbing noises from tenants above is loud and waking. None of us got one full night sleep. Benefits? Washer/dryer and full kitchen with amenities were the real benefit.

Excellent Central London Rental

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this property in late February 2024 for our daughter's swim meet. The unit was as described and was very clean which is very important to us. Beds were very comfortable, smart tv had everything we needed for entertainment, and you can tell they put a lot of work into including the little extras to make your trip easier. Kitchen came with coffee pods, sugar and spices, paper towels (with extra), garbage bags, and cooking utensils. Bathroom included shampoo, hand soap dispenser, bodywash, etc. Plenty of towels and linens that were all fresh. Overall, an excellent rental property that beats staying in a cramped hotel. The owner was fantastic with his communication and responded to any questions immediately through text messages. I would absolutely consider staying here again for any trips to London.

Impressive!

I arrived at the property late at night from the airport, the check in process was smooth and there was excellent communication with the host. I will say that the pictures did not do this property justice, I was pleasantly surprised! The first impression was clean! I checked out the entire unit and picked a room. There were three bedrooms, all had very nice beds with white comfortable bedding! I felt like Goldilocks choosing! Cleanliness and comfortable beds are my number one musts! If those two things are met I can pretty much make do. This place however, was cozy and comfortable throughout. Modestly but tastefully decorated, a very nice kitchen with everything I needed, in suite washer and dryer, a fantastic shower with awesome water pressure and clean, clean, clean! The host was inviting, helpful and very quick to respond! This is a must stay place! A perfect 10 for the full 10 day stay! Thank you, thank you!
