About the host
Hosted by Keith Robine
I do a lot of different things. I work as a psychotherapist. I own and operate Kootenay Avalanche Courses. I write curriculum and avalanche textbooks. I ski guide for the local cat ski operation, Big Red Cats. I also teach rock climbing. Finally, I work for the Alpine Club of Canada at backcountry huts/cabins. My work takes me away from home for about half the year. Thus, I rent my home on VRBO when I'm not here.
Why they chose this property
People comment on the layout of the space, the comfortable beds, the views, and the proximity to all the great things the area has to offer: walking distance to downtown, access to the trail network for riding and walking, 5 min. drive to Red Mountain, etc.
What makes this property unique
I've tried to add my own personality to the home with pictures and paintings (one small black & white is slightly racy from my hippy days as an apple picker). I also like the clean and uncluttered space.
