Enjoy mornings and evenings sitting on the east-facing deck, listening to ocean waves, bird watching, and just socializing with friends and family. Architectural features of this home include a living area ceiling that vaults up to the second-floor loft sitting area, seasoned heart pine floors, wood paneling on walls, an open plan living area on the main floor, and a sitting area in the loft upstairs. A covered staircase leads from the under-house carport to the main level, where one enters the house. An enclosed outside hot/cold shower is off the deck on the main floor. Tall windows let in natural light and views of the low country wooded surroundings.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining area has a view of the deck. The master bedroom with a private bath is located on the main floor, plus one guest room with a bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and bedroom 2 has a bunk bed and a daybed. The 2nd floor features a loft sitting area and a small screened porch with a rocking chair. Two bedrooms and two baths are on the 2nd floor. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, and bedroom 4 has a queen bed. No Smoking. Dogs are allowed with applicable fees.

A Convenience Linen Package is included with your rental! Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
