A spot for everyone.

The property was as promised. We stayed through a tropical storm but were still comfortable in spite of what was going on outside! The maintenance folks were always around and the other guests were super pleasant.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented another lovely unit in the building last year and knew the location (north of the busy Strand, in a quieter, more family friendly stretch), directly on the beach is ideal. The apartment is spacious (3 bedrooms, each with its own spacious private bathroom), modern and super clean. Bedding and towels were all high quality. The kitchen was well equipped and super convenient. The kids love the lazy river, indoor and outdoor pools, and hot tubs, and the public areas are all clean and well maintained. We’ll definitely be back!

We rented a newly remodeled condo. 1 week after booking with VRBO someone emailed and said that unit was not available and we could have another unit that is just as nice for the same price. The unit they switched us to was not clean and very outdated. We will not be using this company for vaction bookings again.

Family Vacation 2023

Pictures and description of this unit were very accurate. View of the Ocean is amazing. Definitely a clean, well maintained unit. Unit was equipped with plenty of linens, cookware, starter supplies. More than enough space for our family. Pool, hot tubes and access to the ocean was clean and well maintained. Pool and beach areas were never crowded. Always space opened by the pool. Never a wait for an elevator. Only area of complaint would be the parking. Very tight for larger vehicles or trucks. There were often times when a truck or SUV would be parked in a "compact car" spot, which made it a little difficult to maneuver your way in and out of the parking area, but we managed to make it work. Overall and excellent choice!! Our family will definitely be back.
