The floors in one bedroom and bathroom werenā€™t swept well. The host was not reachable. The sofas were in desperate need of good cleaning. The housekeeping staff was not on point! We made the best of it and still had a nice time.

Honestly the unit showed wear but the location was awesome. And when I texted the adjacency a question they did not respond only a automated canned message. Which was a bit chilling. If you operate on your own this is the place for you.

We have stayed at a lot of condos....and this was the BEST ever ! The check in was so easy...no lines. Check in all online. The condo 703 was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked for all our cooking needs. We will use this condo again !!

Communication with host was good and received quick response. The property and amenities were less than expected. Travel size bathroom items were sample size and lasted not even 2 days and was told by host they are "starter" so we found ourselves having to shop for bath soap, shampoo. Kitchen was the same with only having dishwasher pod for one load when there were 8 staying for a week, A chair on the balcony was broken with a screw sticking out that we communicated to the host. It took until the next to last day to remove it. There was foot molding broken off and property generally not in good repair.

I will lead the review of the rental property, as it is a beautiful building. The condo is adequately furnished with great interior design and furniture in all the rooms. We enjoyed the 3 pools and 3 hot tubs that were always clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the use of the oversized coffee table while we attempted to complete a 1000-piece puzzle, and the 2-seater breakfast table overlooking the balcony, with a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean beyond. Every morning we were greeted with a stunning view and the sounds of the ocean on the large balcony! A few not-so-great points about our stay. After being repeatedly reassured that check-in entry codes would be sent promptly at 4 pm on the day of check-in, we arrived at the condo door at 4:26 pm with no code. All attempts to reach anyone over the next 30 minutes were futile, and while there is a lobby, it was empty and locked for the entirety of our 5-day stay. After 2 more hours, another disgruntled renter finally got someone from the company on the phone, stating that their systems were down and somebody would get back to us on Monday. Monday, we spent the day on the beach and had to come back in early because at 4 pm we still hadn't been contacted. In the end, we accepted the manager's offer of compensation for the check-in debacle. Even after all of this, I would give this property another chance as I am hoping they know how to handle these types of situations moving forward.
