The house was clean and well equipped. Krischelle was responsive and attentive. Great house with great accommodations. Everyone had their own space and comfortable accommodations.

Great Rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in San Tan Valley. The house was in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. The house was clean and very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting outside, both in the front and back yard. We would rent this house again.

Very nice house in quiet neighborhood

This house was very nice - open living area in kitchen/ living room, beds to accommodate at least 5 people, well-equipped kitchen, nice big TV in living room, driveway parking for two vehicles. The manager was quick in responses and very helpful.

San Tan home

Overall the home needs major updating from the window shades to the pool area. I set a note to the manager telling my concerns. The reply was that she would suggest to the owner an update needs to be done.
