Perfectly positioned within a 15 minute walk to the rugged ocean beach, ideal for summer surfing or winter fossicking. Surrounded by golf courses, hot springs and riding trails, there's something for everyone.

Ideal for entertaining family and friends, both living areas spill out to private outdoor areas complete with chaise lounge seating, BBQ, outdoor table seating for 10 and an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. The kids will love the basketball area and spacious front and rear gardens.

Well Maintained House & Garden

Well maintained house and garden. For us, it made for a very relaxing and comfortable stay, with the benefits of access to a pool table and basketball ring. We would recommend to others looking for a quiet getaway on the peninsula.

What a wonderful property

I just loved this house, it is absolutely gorgeous and exactly as described, although not close (walking distance) to the main beach I actually really loved the serenity and peace where its located, I'm definitely going to make it a yearly booking for me and the kids. Host was great and easily contactable if required

Great property

This property was immaculately presented. It was exactly as advertised- spick and span. The kitchen had everything we needed. The living area was very comfortable. A large dining table accommodated us all for meals in. The bedrooms were large, the beds extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were beautifully appointed with double showers and a large bath which was enjoyed by the children. The garden was completely enclosed so was safe for the whole family to relax. A basketball area was enjoyed by the entire family too! The location was perfect for us. A short drive away from the business of the shore front. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to families considering coming to Rye for a vacation.

Comfy & Relaxing Stay

This was hands down the best place we have ever stayed in Australia. The house is extremely roomy and very, very comfortable. It had all the amenities that we needed and connecting with the owner was super easy. We loved where it was located as it is near many of the highlighted places to see in the area. Hot springs, stunning beaches, etc.. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing and fun stay in the Rye area.

A very happy stay at Ocean Break Rye

Highly recommend this accommodation if you are traveling with family and friends. The location is great, 5 mins drive to Peninsula hot springs and the new hot spring, Alba, also very close to Woolworth, restaurants, cafe and beach. The house is well cleaned and each room is bright, well equipped with nice and big smart TV, sound bar and Xbox in the living room, and it has a billiard room, we had lots of fun during our stay. Alan is a very nice and friendly host. Thank you Alan. We will definitely come back next time.
